Auction Pickup Date: 2-DAY AUCTION PICKUP – Thursday, September 24 – Friday, September 25th, beginning at noon and ending at 5pm. Small lot buyers, single item buyers, household and tool buyers will pick up on Thursday. Large Items and Furniture buyers will be on Friday pickup. Park on road or only 2 cars in driveway at a time. Please call with any questions on which day to pick up.

Personal Property: 8% Buyer Premium on all personal property. Credit card information is required to register for auction on desktop site or phone app. Once registered with platform, you must register for the individual auction. You will be prompted to complete payment options at that time. The system will pull a refundable fee of $1.00 from your card in order to verify financial standing. Once approved by auction company, your fee is automatically refunded, and may begin bidding upon administrator approval. Please call auction company with any questions.
