TERMS & CONDITIONS
Personal Property: 8% Buyer Premium on all personal property. Credit card information is required to register for auction on desktop site or phone app. Once registered with platform, you must register for the individual auction. You will be prompted to complete payment options at that time. The system will pull a refundable fee of $1.00 from your card in order to verify financial standing. Once approved by auction company, your fee is automatically refunded, and may begin bidding upon administrator approval. Please call auction company with any questions. Please see these lots online for additional information. As the buyer, you are required to bring your own help in loading your items. Please bring necessary tools if buying items attached to structures. Auction company will not deliver. If you have items that aren’t picked up and require removal, you will be charged for the bid price, premium, and cost of removal. If unable to make the pickup date, please contact auction company to arrange another date.
