TERMS & CONDITIONS
Personal Property: Online sales will carry a 8% Buyer’s Premium if paying on pickup day with cash or check. If paying by credit card, an additional 3.75% will be added to final bid price (Auction company will not charge your card for items purchased until after the pickup day has taken place, and with buyer approval). Credit card information is required to register for auction on desktop site or phone app. Once registered with platform, you must register for the individual auction. You will be prompted to complete payment options at that time. The system will pull a refundable fee of $1.00 from your card in order to verify financial standing. Once approved by auction company, your fee is automatically refunded, and may begin bidding upon administrator approval. Please call auction company with any questions.
