Home: 10% down day of auction’s end with balance being due within 45 days. Taxes will be pro-rated to closing, while possession will be granted upon delivery of the deed. Warranty Deed will be granted. 6% buyer’s premium added to final bid price to determine contract selling price of home. Property being sold “as is, where is” with no warranties or guarantees expressed or implied. Home is not sold subject to any inspections. Property owners have reserved the right to accept or reject final bid on home. Motivated Sellers!!!!
Personal Property: Online sales will carry a 8% Buyer’s Premium if paying on pickup day with cash. If paying by credit card, an additional 3.75% will be added to final bid price (Auction company will not charge your card for items purchased until after the pickup day has taken place, and with buyer approval). CASH, CHECK, OR DEBIT/CREDIT ONLY unless otherwise arranged with auction company. Credit card information is required to register for auction on desktop site or phone app. Once registered with platform, you must register for the individual auction. You will be prompted to complete payment options at that time. The system will pull a refundable fee of $1.00 from your card in order to verify financial standing. Once approved by auction company, your fee is automatically refunded, and may begin bidding upon administrator approval. Please call auction company with any questions. If items are not picked up within the timeframe given, it is not the duty of the auction company to gather your belongings. You will be charged for your winning bids and will only be allowed to gather your items if arranged with auction company prior to bidding. No exceptions! A minimum $20 fee will be added to your charges for any delivery or holding of items if arranged.
