Bidders will be able to bid on 72 +/- acres of farmland with 58 +/- being deemed tillable. 11.5 +/- acres of this parcel are deemed non-tillable. 2.56 +/- acres of this parcel are held in CRP and will expire in 2030. This acreage is the SE patch of the field W of the timber lining the property lines.

Predominant soils include – Hickory clay, Bluford silt, Hickory and Belknap silt loams.

Average corn yields have been +/- 170 bu per acre for corn, and +/- 55 bu per acre for beans.
